  1. WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY? 
    Please place orders before 4:00pm to receive your order on your next available delivery date (Noon for Northern, Mid-Michigan, West side of Michigan and Ohio).
     
  2. WHAT IF I NEED AN ITEM THAT IS NOT ON MY ORDER GUIDE? 
    Our entire catalog of items can be searched to find the items you need. Items can be added or subtracted from your order guide.
     
  3. HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ONLINE ORDER? 
    You will receive an e-mail confirmation moments after placing your order showing all the items you will receive.
     
  4. HOW MUCH WILL MY ORDER COST? 
    Item prices are marked next to each item on your Online Order Guide. Prices sometimes change several times per week and are updated daily. Consult with your sales associate regarding pricing on your order.
     
  5. WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS OR REQUIREMENTS? 
    If you have any special needs or have any questions about our products, please contact your sales associate or our sales desk by calling (313) 579-1455.
     
  6. IS EVERYTHING ON OUR LIST AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND? 
    The items that you order may not be available due to seasonality, weather or market conditions. We will substitute other items where appropriate, or notify you of any shortages on the day of your delivery.
     
  7. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT IS SUBMITTED? 
    Once you have submitted your order you cannot change or cancel that order online. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please call the order desk at 313-579-1455 or 1-800-LETTUCE.
